We help teachers find the path of greatest impact."It is the teacher—what the teacher knows and can do—that is the most significant factor in student achievement." —Harry K. Wong TEC21 gives teachers the opportunity to grow as life-long learners in their effective use of technology as a learning and teaching tool in the classroom. Our workshop design encourages Lutheran school educators to connect with and inspire one another and share best practices. TEC21 workshop participants discover, develop and acquire practical applications, including lessons, project-based learning activities and supplemental web resources, to take back to their classrooms. TEC21 offered an opportunity to network with other educators and share ideas and technologies that were useful and applicable to our classrooms. The TEC21 workshops were hands on and we were given time to work with and implement the new tools given us. We were able to help each other troubleshoot and figure out how to implement these new tools. It was a breath of fresh air to be in a user friendly, non-threatening environment that offered so many new technologies to help educators in the classroom. —Robyne Kajszo, 3rd grade, Hephatha Lutheran, Anaheim, Calif. The TEC21 workshop program is tailored to meet educator needs and provides follow-up support to ensure successful implementation. Here's how it works:
